I spent four years in a banking job I took for the wrong reasons. I was qualified. MBA from Anna University. Every box checked. And I was miserable — doing work that had nothing to do with who I actually was.

It took me ten years to find work that fit. That's too long. And the worst part? Nobody around me thought anything was wrong. "You have a good job." That was the whole conversation.

I see the same pattern in every finance professional who reaches out. They have the credentials. They're inside a Big 4 or a GCC. And they're stuck — because nobody taught them how to move with intention. They apply at random, hear nothing, and settle for whatever comes next.

After two decades of placing professionals at EY, Deloitte, KPMG, and HSBC — and running career programs at ACCA, Anna University, and through the Naan Mudhalvan scheme — I built what I wished someone had handed me at 25.
